Firstly stick to a sleep schedule and keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including weekends. Secondly stay active, schedule exercise at least a few hours before bedtime. Lastly to avoid large meals and beverages before bed to rest the stomach activities.In conclusion, these are several tips that come from the doctor itself to prove that lifestyle and daily routine can help and prevent insomnia and improve sleeping time.
